The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of the technological stage of the substructure of the apartment building Kaskády Hranice, which is located in a built-up area of the town of Hranice. The work deals with technological regulations for earthworks and for the construction of foundations. In addition to technological regulations, control and test plans, a time schedule and an item budget are prepared. Furthermore, there is a coordinated situation, a technical report of the construction site equipment, the design of the machine set, the accompanying and summary report, the solution of broader transport relations and safety and health at work.

Technological stage of the substructure of a residential building in Trutnov

The bachelor's thesis aimed to prepare the stage of implementation of the rough lower construction of the apartment building which is located in Trutnov. The block of flats is based on a grade construction made of concrete strips footing and construction blocks of pernament formwork. Technological regulations have been created for the stage of realization of the rough lower construction, the equipment of the construction site have been suggested, appropriate machine set has been chosen, shipping relations for material and machine supplies have been considered, OHS (occupational safety and health), control and trial plan have been applied as well as a schedule and budget were created.

The subject of this master´s thesis is the preparation for the implementation of apartment buildings Uničov, Pod Šibeníkem. The entire thesis is primarily focused on the construction technology project of apartment building "A". Its content is a technical report on the construction technology project, a solution to transport relations for transporting machines to the construction site, a construction technology study, a technical report on construction site equipment, technological regulations for foundation structures, masonry and ceiling construction, a design of a machine assembly, a safety and health protection plan during work, inspection and test plans for foundation structures, masonry and execution of ceiling construction. In the attachment part, you can find the workflow of selected constructions, the rough construction budget, the rough construction schedule and details.
